What timber is used?
We use Scandinavian Redwood with all our three claddings, this is kiln dried to stop any shrinkage, warping and splitting etc.

Do I need a concrete base?
Not necessary, Chippings with timber bearers is recommended for some buildings, please ask our advice as each building has its own preference base.

Do I need Planning Permission?
Generally, you don’t require or need planning permission as our garden buildings are not considered to be permanent fixtures but planning guidelines often change and differ from County to County, so It is best to check with your local planning office first.

Can I change specifications?
Yes, all our garden buildings are individually made, so we can tailor make to your own specifications including doors, windows, sizes and shapes of your building.
What deposit is required?
10% on order then balance 3 working days before delivery.
What is the lead time from order?
We are usually on a 3 – 6 week lead time on all buildings, once the deposit is paid the lead time starts.
